Terms of Use for Visitors
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply when you use driversafely.site and the referral service offered through it by Driversafely Septic. By using the site, calling the number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.
1. What the Service Is
Driversafely Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines. We do not do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.
2. Providers Stand on Their Own
Providers you reach are independent businesses. Each one is solely responsible for:
- Quotes and pricing
- Scheduling
- Workmanship
- Permits and licensing
- Insurance
- Conduct
We do not employ, supervise or direct providers. We make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.
Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.
3. General Information, Not Advice
The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, also check with your insurer and local health department.
4. Your Part
Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get in without permission.
5. Calls, Texts and Emails
When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request. That contact may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact at any time, email contact@driversafely.site.
6. Ownership of Content
The content and design of this site belong to Driversafely Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.
7. Limits on Liability
As far as the law allows, Driversafely Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from your use of this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is" with no warranties of any kind.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
