How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Driversafely Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lists the steps for raising a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Driversafely Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, take these steps:

1. First, raise it directly with the provider. 2. Next, keep a written record of what was said and done. 3. Then tell us as well.

Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Driversafely Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

What to Send

Email contact@driversafely.site and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Last, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If you do not like our reply, answer the email and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
